And ad currently up on my facebook page.

"Play Pop&Drop and get addicted. Always free."

Really?

We are now advertising that this is the way to go?

This ad is rankling.

Addiction is never free.

  1. Oh my, well said, hun. It's so disturbing that a game would be advertised as addicting, as if that's something for them to be proud of.

    Makes me shudder, actually.

That is just unappealing. Maybe it should have a tag line, like, "Forget about getting the laundry done!" Or, "Your kids will miss you, but hey, it's fun!"

    So true.
Dollars and cents is not the only way, nor the best way, to measure cost! Too often we forget that!

Um...yeah. I think ads like that are awful, to say it nicest. To say it not-nicest would include the word Jerkwad in there somewhere. ;)

Missing you! We totally need to do lunch! *hugs and loves*

Are you sure it wasn't Tetris ;) Just kidding, but so true. I remember my mom playing Tetris and finally one day she just stopped. I asked her why and she said, when she played, she didn't want to do anything else. Addictions are ANYTHING that can impair our judgement!
